Protect your credentials
Never disclose your OTP, account password, UPI PIN or card credentials to anyone, including someone claiming to be support staff.
Verify payment status
Check payments using transaction history and the original payment reference. A redirect or screenshot alone is not proof of a completed payment. If status is pending, avoid sending the same payment again until it is confirmed.
Report suspicious activity
If you notice unauthorized activity, contact care@optionspay.in with the relevant reference. For suspected financial cybercrime in India, use the official cybercrime reporting channels.
Safe browsing
Use the official OptionsPay website, review URLs carefully and avoid installing unknown APKs or granting remote access to strangers.
